When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive from us, contact our customer service by email within 10 days from the receipt of the item. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with instructions on how and where to ship the item back.

Please note items that have been personalized by a choice of color, special markings, or made to order is considered a special ordered product and will only be considered for return if defective or caused by an error on our part.

All crystal items are non-returnable unless there are manufacturing defect, not marching the color as shown on your monitor is not accepted as a return on our crystal items.

Please review any and all information in the item description along with any additional links to an item’s warranty page. There are many items that are covered by only the manufacture’s/crafter’s warranty and some items have a no return policy stated in the description or warranty page. Note that on a few items there is a restocking fee for the item to be returned unless the item is defective or caused by an error on our part. The restocking fee will be stated for each item and differ from one item to another.

Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, video tapes, audio tapes and cartography are not returnable unless defective.

Items requiring service either warranty or otherwise, should be directed to the appropriate manufacturer under the manufacturer warranty policy or service policy.

Upon return under a RMA and receipt of the product, we will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping, handling or restocking fees that may apply. All products must be returned prepaid in good condition, in the original box and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. as to insure full credit. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than an error on our part or defect.

NOTE: We advise that when shipping product back to us, customers should choose the same shipping method as how the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value, due to the return must arrive back to us as in the same condition as we shipped out.

     Returned units must be as new, in a resalable condition, not modified, opened or damaged, and delivered to the seller prepaid and insured.
